spaghetti with meat sauce

Ingredients
1/2 box of whole wheat pasta uncooked1/2 a pound of ground turkey meat (80 or 93^)1 can of diced tomato with basil and garlic2 cloves of garlic2 cans of tomato sauce (low sodium)3 oz of mozarella cheese shredded (Part skim milk) 6 tablespoons grated parmessan cheese (low sodium)
Directions
Cook whole wheat spaghetti in a large pan with 2 quarts of water. while spaghetti is boiling add 1/2 tsp olive oil to soften spaghetti. Do not add salt. when cooked drain and put in a glass dish and cover. Mince two cloves of garlic and put in a saucepan with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil and saute for about 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce cans and diced tomatoes to saucepan and heat. Set aside when lightly bubbling. Cook ground turkey in a frying pan with nonstick.
Place cooked meat inside the saucepan with the spaghetti sauce and stir. add the mozarella cheese and stir. Pour sauce over spaghetti and serve in a plate. add grated parmessan about 1 tablespoon for each serving. Makes about 6 servings of 1.5 cups per serving.
