2 Green Bell Peppers2 Small Onions1 Peppers, sweet, red5 Stalk of Celery1 Cup of Garlic2 TableSpoon of Oregano5 tablespoon Vinegar20 spring Parsley1 Chicken bouillon1 frying pepper
Peal all ingredients and place them in a food processor or a blender. The mix should be soft, but not chunky. Place the sazon in a ice-cube tray and freeze or keep the whole amount in a jar for every day use. Makes 30 servings - 1 tablespoon per servings

This is the mix of seasonings I use for my dishes. It is an essential mix that gives TONS of flavor to the food and the good thing is that it is all vegetables. Use in rice, beans. You may even season your meat sauce for your favortie pastas by adding one tablespoon of this sazon. - 3/22/07
