Crockpot Pork Chops and Gravy

Ingredients
* 4-8 center cut pork loin chops* 1 onion sliced into rings* 1 cup sliced mushroom* 2 cans of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup* 1 cup water* Salt and pepper* 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Directions
* Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of chops
* Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to non stick skillet and brown chops on both sides
* Remove from pan and set aside
* Saute onions and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes
* Add mushroom soup and 1 cup of water
* cook for 5 minutes
* Add chops and soup mixture to crock pot
* Cook on low all day or on high for 1 hour
