140 Calorie High Protien Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats3/8 Cup Wheat Bran1/8 cup Wheat Germ1 tsp Baking Powder2 rounded Tbl. Vegetable Protein Powder3 Very Ripe Medium Banana's1/2 Cup Skim/Non Fat Milk1/3 Cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs1/3 cup chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix all Dry ingredients together, except sugar. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs, and sugar about 1 minute, beat in banana's but leave a little bit chunky, add in milk, mix well. Add wet to dry, stir in till well blended, but don't over stir, just until no lumps basically. Let mix sit for 5 mins then fold in chopped walnuts. Add to 12 lightly sprayed or lined muffin cups, Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20-25 mins. Cool and enjoy.
