Hummus

Ingredients
2 - 15 oz cans of Garbanzo Beans2 tbsp of Tahini1 cup lemon juice2 tbsp crushed garlicSalt to taste
Directions
Open the 2 can of garbanzo beans. Drain all the of water out of one but be sure to use the water from 1 of the cans. Combine the garbanzo beans, water from one of the cans of garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt into a blender. Blend until relatively smooth.

You may want to adjust the amount of lemon juice to your taste.

Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours for best taste! It will thicken and let the flavors settle together.

Great for dipping vegetables and bread.
