Baked Halibut

Ingredients
1 fillet Halibut2 tbsp Olive oil2 tsp minced Garlic1 tsp dried Thyme1 tbsp dried Rosemarypinch of saltpinch of black pepper
Directions
Place fish in baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on, making sure the bottom of the fish is coated as well. This prevents sticking to the pan. Sprinkle on the herbs, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Make sure the fish is fully cooked by testing to see if it flakes with a fork.

Makes 1 serving. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables.
