Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
1.5 c all purpose flour1.5 c milk (use low fat or skim to reduce calories).75 c sugar1 stick of butter or margarine1.5 c fresh or frozen blackberries or other berry of choice
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt stick of butter in a baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and milk together to make a batter, and pour over melted butter. Add berries to top and bake until brown. Serve with ice cream for an extra special treat.
