Cheesy Southwestern Pasta

6 oz whole wheat penne8 Tbsp Frito Lay Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Dip2 Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedges1/4 C nonfat milk1 C black beans - rinsed1 red bell pepper - diced1 large zucchini - diced1 pkg sliced mushrooms1 T olive oil 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Boil the noodles as directed.
Meanwhile in a small saucepan melt together the cheese dip, laughing cow wedges, milk and cayenne pepper. Cook on medium until all is combined and then turn to low and let simmer until the veggies are cooked. Be careful not to scald your sauce.
Saute the veggies in the olive oil until to your desired level of doneness. Add the canned beans to the veggies and heat through (about 1 min). Mix everything together and enjoy.
