Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Ingredients: Wild Rice, 3 cup Butter, salted, 1/4 cup Onions, raw, 1/3 cup, chopped *Flour, white, 1/3 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ouncesMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) salt, pepper, & paprika
Directions
Have 3 cups of Wild Rice cooked and set aside.
Boil & chop chicken. Set aside.

In a skillet, melt butter & sautee onion until soft. Add flour, salt & pepper (to taste). Stir in milk & broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in Chicken and rice.

Pour into greased(with cooking spray) 8 1/2 x 11 casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
