Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 4 cup *Braggs Liquid Aminos, 4 tsp *Tofu, extra firm, 1 block *White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup *Iceberg Lettuce Leaf fresh, 12 serving *Pam Spray (o Cal)
Directions
Cook Rice and set aside
Shred Bok Choy and chop up tofu
Spray Wok with pam and put in your bok and tofu add braggs
Fry until veggy and tofu are warm add in your rice and stir together
Scoop stir fry into Lettuce and eat like a taco
