Cheesey crock pot chicken and ravioli

1/4cup grated parm cheese1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese12 oz chicken breast,chopped1 can diced tomatos1/2 small onion, sliced1/2 red bell pepper, sliced1/2 green bell pepper, sliced1 (12 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli1/2 cup ragu pasta sauce1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dred rosemary1/2 tsp black pepper2 oz part skim mozzarella, shredded
mix all ingredients, except the mozzarella, in the crockpot adiing the chicken and frozen ravioli last. Cook on high for 4 hours. Stir once or twice, then top with the mozzarella cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

(2 large ravioli or 4-5 small ravioli, 2 oz chicken and about 3/4 cup sauce/veggies)
