1tbsp Butter or Margerine1 Small Head Cabbage, shredded or diced1 Small Onion, chopped2 Large Cloves Garlic, minced4 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce3 fl oz WaterSalt and Pepper to taste
Cook butter or margerine over med heat until shiny. Add onion, garlic and cabbage. Let cook for about five minutes and add Worchestershire Sauce. Watch liquid level so that cabbage does not burn. Add water at needed. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until desired tenderness.
Makes 4 one half cup servings.
