Spinach, Mushroom & Swiss Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust 1 cup frozen chopped spinach1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms4 oz. reduced fat swiss cheese, cubed or shredded1/2 cup egg beaters1/3 cup egg beaters whites1/2 cup evaporated skim milkblack and/or white pepper, to taste
Directions
Roll out pie crust into pie pan. Layer chopped spinach, chopped mushrooms and swiss cheese. Blend egg beaters, egg whites, evaporated skim mik and pepper in a blender & pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
