Lamb Korma

Ingredients
* Lamb Shank, 6 oz (remove) * Astro FF Plain Balkan style yogurt, 1 cup (remove) * PC Blue Menu Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)SPICES:1 tbsp garlic2 tsp ginger1 tsp cumin1 tbsp corriander1 tsp tumeric1 tsp of dried chili flakes (adjust to personal preference)
Directions
Simmer lamb in diced tomatoes and juice on very low heat until the meat is separated from the bone and shreds with a fork.

Shred all meat, removing fat and bones and set aside.

Sautee onions and peppers (mushrooms make a great addition too as well as cauliflower) until tender then add to tomatoes along with lamb meat.

Stir in spices and simmer on low-med for 10 minutes to allow spices time to cook in.

Add yogurt and heat through.
