Protein Bar with Peanuts & Walnuts

Ingredients
Kraft "All Natural" peanut butter - 8 tbspOats - 2 cups5 grain cereal - 1 cupProtein powder - 8 scoops (any flavor)Skim milk - 2 cupsJello No sugar added pudding (any flavor) - 1 packagepeanuts, crushed - 1/2 cupwalnuts, curshed - 1/2 cup
Directions
- use a double-boiler
- heat up 4 tbsp of peanut butter, add 4 scoops of protein powder and 1 cup of skim milk
- mix til smooth
- add Jello pudding, 4 tbsp of peanut butter and keep stiring
- add 1 cup of milk and 4 scoops of protein powder
- mix til smooth
- add oats, cereal, peanuts and walnuts and mix well until everything is well together
- spread onto a butter coated baking sheet and put into fridge until hardened
- cut into either bars or little bite-size snacks

Nutrition will change depending on size of bars/snacks - indication is for 18 bars
