Squash boats with cinnamon and honey-on grill

1 large summer squash2 Tbsp honeyCooking spray2 tsp Soft margarine1 tsp cinnamon
Spray 10 x 12 foil with cooking spray and set aside. Slice squash into 1/2" wide circles and place on foil with margarine, honey and cinnamon on top. Fold long sides of foil together and double over. Fold small ends of foil over several times and make sure there are no leaks. Place on heated grill for 15-20 minutes.
Carefully unwrap and slide off onto plate or bowl. It's yummy and healthy! Makes 2 1/2 cup servings.
