Mel's Semi-Homemade Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
1 package Pillsbury Classic pizza dough 1 T olive oil3 oz. Chicken Breast, no skin2 small sliced onions, raw, 0.25 cup, sliced (remove)Whole Garlic bulb1.5 cup Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese2 T Pesto Sauce1/2 cup Newman's Own Marinara Sauce
Directions
Roast Garlic/Carmelize onions (included in prep time):
Set oven to 350 or 400. (Wherever your pizza will end up)
ONION: Slice onions into rings or bite sizes. Drizzle olive oil on the onions. Place onions on a roasting pan or tin foil to keep in oil. Occasionally stir onions, removing when browned/carmelized.
GARLIC: Cut off the top portion of the garlic and cover with olive oil. Surround and completely bulb with tin foil to keep oil in.
Bake both approximately an hour at 350 or 400.

Roll out dough as per package directions.
Pour on sauce, and all toppings, putting garlic, onions, and pesto on top after cheese.
Bake as per directions.
Serves 8.
