Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef1 can Tomatoes with Green Chilies1 can corn1 can black beans1 half onion Chopped1 small can olives slicesSour Cream & Shredded Cheese (optional)
Directions
Brown beef with onions. Add uncooked pasta. Pour in rest of ingrediants and one can of water. Simmer till pasta is tender. Add Cajun or mexican seasoning to taste. Serve in bowl topped with shredded cheese or sour cream. Serves 6-8
