Cucumber (peeled), 1 small (6-3/8" long)Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, 2 slicesKraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise, 1 tbspLemon juice, 1 tbspDill weed, dried, 1 tspDried Mint, 1 tsp
Directions
Peel and slice cucumber into rounds or strips. Mix together mayo, lemon juice, dill weed, and mint and spread evenly on the wheat bread. Makes 1 serving.
