Egg white, 4 servingAlpine Lace Low Fat Swiss Cheese, 1 serving Red pepper powder, 0.14 tsp Land o Lakes butter with olive oil, .25 tbsp Adobo, 0.14 tsp Taco Season Mix, .25 tsp Brocoli, Steamed Fresh, .5 cup Whole Grain Bread Crumbs, 0.14 cup
Thaw frozen broc. and cut into small pieces and set aside.
Put the butter in a pan on just over medium heat. After butter is melted add the egg whites, bread crunbs, spices, cut cheese into pieces to add, and broc. Stir and cook like scrambled eggs.
Take off heat when firm, enjoy!
