Chicken Stir Fried with Nuts

Ingredients
12 oz. boneless chicken thigh meat , cut into chunks1 red pepper, sliced into strips1/2 cup sliced onion1 tb vegetable oil3 tb hoisin Sauce1/2 cup whole almonds
Directions
Follow recipe directions. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add peppers and onions and cook without stirring until they char a bit. Add chicken and stir briefly, again letting the pieces char, then cook until nearly done. Add hoisin and nuts and stir. Add 1/4 cup water and stir until chicken is glazed and sauce is bubbly.
