Daal Red Lentils Pakistani dish

Ingredients
Red Lentils, 1 cup Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Sunflower Oil, 5 tbsp Spices:Crushed Chillicinnamon stick- 0.5 inchpeppercorn x 7cloves x 3whole baby dried red chilli
Directions
Soak lentels in water for 20 minutes
Then boil in 3 cups of water after 30 minutes
Add spices
And boil until slighty thick..
keep stirring
To finish-
Fry half a garlic clove sliced in 1tbsp of oil with one tsp of zeera and rye balls.
then pour over the lentils, before serving.
Excellent dish!
