Hot and Spicy Sloppy Joes

1 1/2 pounds ground beef1 large onion chopped1 clove garlic minced1 can tamatoe juice (6oz)1/2 cup catsup1/2 cup water2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoon chopped jalapenos2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon Worchestershire SauceHamburger buns
1. In large skillet, cook beef, onions, and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
2. Combine tomato juice, catsup, water, brown sugar, peppers, chili powder, mustard and worchestershire sauce. Stir into meat mixture.
3. Cook over low heat until thick. If using crock pot 10-12 hourse on low heat, 3-5 hours on high heat.
