Silky Chocolate Tofu Mousse

Ingredients
1 bar bittersweet chocolate (4oz)1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa1/3 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup water1 package silken tofu1 1/2 cups fat-free whipped topping
Directions
Makes 4 servings
In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 bar bittersweet chocolate, melted, cocoa powder, sugar, and water for 20 seconds. Stir until smooth.
In food processor or blender, puree 1 box silken tofu 1 min. or until smooth. Add chocolate mixture. Puree 1 min. scraping down sides of bowl with spatula. Transfer mixture to large bowl; fold in whipped topping. Chill 1 hour. Spoon or pipe mousse into serving dishes.
