Ingredients
Vermicelli Noodles (2 oz)Extra Light Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)Garlic (1 1/2 tsp, chopped)Basil (2 tsp, ground)Salt (1 tsp)
Directions
* Bring water to a boil, add noodles and boil for 5 minutes
* Strain noodles and put in large bowl
* Add olive oil and mix well
* Add garlic, basil, and salt - mix well
* Serve immediately

    I didn't have any Vermicelli, nor did I want to chop garlic. So I substituted angel hair and garlic powder, still turned out good. - 8/9/07
