Honey Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken:2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken1/2 cup flour1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper2 eggs beatenoil for fryingGlaze:1/3 cup soy sauce1/2 cup honey1 tbsp apple juice2 tbsp sesame seeds1 clove minced garlic1 tsp ginger
1. Cut chicken into 2 inch squares. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with seasoned flour. Fry in oil over medium-high heat. Cook until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, heat soy sauce, honey, apple juice, garlic, and ginger in a small pan. When chicken is done, lift from the oil, drain briefly. Then dip in honey mixture then place chicken in a baking pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour remaining glaze over chicken.
3. Bake at 250 for 20 minutes.
4. Serve with rice if desired.
