1 Pan Hamburger,carrots and Potatoes

baby Carrots, raw, 3 cups*Potato, raw, 3 cup peeled and chunkedOnions, raw, 2 cup, slicedGarlic powder, 1.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp Ground beef, lean, 24 oz Pam cooking spray2.5 cups Hot tap water
spray a large skillet with pam. add onions over med high heat stir often.
Mix ground beef with garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Form into 6 4 oz patties.
add them to frying pan and sear on each side (get them nice and brown they do not have to be cooked through)
add potatos, carrots and water, Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med low and cover.
stir every 10 minutes to coat for 45 minutes or until potatos and carrots are fork tender.
makes 6 servings 1 burger half cup of carrots and potatoes.
I add extra carrots and just log them after so I can have a full cup of carrots
********** I take everything out of the pan add a little more hot water and 1 beef cube. Then I mix 1 tablespoon flour with .25 cup cold water add it to the pan stirring often to make a pan gravy. The gravy is not added into the calories but my husband loves the gravy*****************
