Bacon and Eggs for one

Ingredients
1 slice of bacon, cooked, drained.1 medium egg1 small white potato, (3 oz), shredded1/4 medium onion, chopped fine3 tbs skim milk1/4 cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook the bacon, wipe the pan clean of the fat.
beat the egg, milk, together.
Spray pan with cooking spray.
Add potatoes and onions, cover and cook on medium. Until potatoes are soft.
Pour egg mix over, crumble bacon. Top with cheese.
Cook until eggs are set, and the cheese melted
