Chocolate Chip Muffins

Dry Ingredients2.5 cups unbleached flour1 cup granulated sugar2 T. baking powderMoist ingredients:1 large egg1 3/4 cups Kefir low fat plain pourable yogurt1 cup chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare large muffin tins by spraying with non-stick baking spray. Makes 8 Texas sized muffins.
Sift together the following dry ingredients: flour, sugar and baking powder. In a separte bowl wisk egg and low fat pourable yogurt together. Quickly add moist ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared Texas muffin tins. (greased or spray with non-stick cooking spray).
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and knife inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
