Ingredients
1/2 cup boiled beets, cooled and cubed1/4 cup walnut pieces2 oz goat cheese, crumbled1 medium Granny Smith apple, cubed2 1/2 cups Arugala1 tsp olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Place all ingredients except goat cheese in a bowl. Toss lightly. Top with goat cheese and serve.
