Loved them! I had some left over spinach souffle so I added it instead of the egg plus I added chopped up fresh spinach. The veggies were a great added flavor. - 4/21/08

For gluten-free preparation, I substituted cornmeal for the bread crumbs and the coating. Still delicious with great crunch from the cornmeal on the surface. Also added garlic and chopped fresh parsley. - 12/17/07

To lower calories and fat, roast meatballs in a 450 degree oven until just firm. Olive oil is a good fat but save it for salad dressings and such, where you really need it. Also, I will use ground buffalo for more flavor.

    Recipe sounds like a winner - 12/17/07

I haven't made this yet but will take the suggestion of others and roast them in the oven. I am also thinking that I will use Jennie-O italian seasoned ground turkey which has a great flavor. - 12/18/07

This sounds wonderful! I will try baking them in the oven because I've been burned on my arms from frying before. - 3/17/07
