Ingredients
1 cup each canned chickpeas and chopped artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise (I use Hellman's Light)2 tablespoons grated Parmesan2 tablespoons lemon juice1 clove garlic, crushed1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste1/8 teaspoon pepper1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Chop the chickpeas in a food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
