Skip the oil and add a can of pureed black beans. You can do the same thing if you are lazy and want to use a brownie mix. No egg, no oil just the can of pureed black beans (I rinse the beans first, put them back in the can and fill the can with water. To die for! - 1/26/13

There is a ton of oil in this, but they're delicious! I'll definitely make these again, though next time I'll probably add nuts of some sort. - 4/27/12

This recipe was really easy to prepare and tasty; however, too much sugar and too much oil... it was even too sweet for my 16 year old daughter. - 1/23/11

I added 1 cup vegan chocolate chips. The center was soft almost like a lava cake. I also used an 8x8 pan. These are perfect! - 1/9/11

What size brownie pan do you mean? I used an 8x8 and the came out perfect on edges but needed a spoon in the center. Were super yummy and chocolaty though. Great recipie. - 11/2/09
