Banana Oatmeal Raisin Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups sugar (Splenda does not work so well)1/2 cup applesauce5 medium bananas2 cups instant oats1.5 cups flour2 eggspinch of salt2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp cinnamon3 oz raisins (about 1/3 cup)1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Put all ingredients in mixer and mix until well blended. Scoop into 24 muffin tins. Bake until done, or about 20 minutes.

Yields 24 muffins.
