Chicken Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo Pasta

15 oz jar Classico Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo14 oz 1% Milk1 c onions, chopped3/4 c green bell pepper chopped1 c mushrooms, sliced1 clove garlic, minced2 whole chicken breasts2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)1 tbsp butter16 oz box Barilla Whole Grain Rotini Pasta, prepared as directed.
Using a meat mallet, pound chicken breast to 1/2 in thickness. Salt and pepper chicken to taste. In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp EVOO, heat over medium high heat. Add and cook chicken 4 minutes each side. Set chicken aside. In same skillet, add in 1 tbsp EVOO and 1 Tbsp Butter, saute onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic clove til translucent. Slice chicken and add to skillet. Pour Alfredo sauce over chicken and vegetables, pour milk into alfredo jar and shake, add milk and stir. Heat through. Serve over cooked pasta.
