Chicken, Broccolli, and Rice

Ingredients
1. 1.5 cups Minute Brown rice2. 4 oz. skinless chicken breast3. 1 cup steamed broccoli4. 1 T. olive oil5. 2 T. lower sodium soy sauce6. seasoning (whatever kind you like)7. Pam original cooking spray
Directions
1. Cut the chicken into bite size chunks and cook in a pan with cooking spray. Season for flavor.

2. Steam the broccoli.

3. Cook the brown rice according to your packages directions. I used Minute Brown Rice.

4. After each ingredient has been separately cooked, measure out the brown rice and broccoli and mix them with the chicken in a small frying pan. Add the olive oil and the soy sauce.

5. Wait a little bit for all the flavors to mix in, then pour into your bowl and enjoy!
