Citrusy Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped2 tablespoons lime juice6 tablespoons soy sauce1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powderminced fresh cilantro (optional, to taste)Pam Cooking Spray
Directions
1. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over chicken breasts. Coat with cooking spray.
2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
3. Combine marmalade, jalapeno, lime juice, soy sauce, and gingerroot in a small bowl. Add to chicken, stirring gently. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook 6 minutes. Uncover and cook 1 minute of medium-high heat or until sauce is slightly thick.
4. Serve sauce over chicken.
