Milk Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter1 cup sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs1/4 cup milk (2%)1 cup flour (whole wheat)2 Tbsp cocoa1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup chopped walnutsFrosting:1/2 Tbsp soft butter1 Tbsp milk1/4 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa2/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar
Directions
Cream butter and gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add milk and stir in dry ingredients. Spread in 9 x 9 inch pan and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or til done. Remove from oven and frost immediately with the following: Frosting: With spoon blend 1/2 Tbsp soft butter
1 Tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa, 2/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar. Cool and cut into bars. Cut to make 24 they have only 108 calories!
