Sara Lee, Delightful Wheat Bread, 1 slice, 2 serving Banana, fresh, 1 small Strawberries, fresh, .75 cup, halves Blueberries, fresh, .50 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .25 cup *Aunt Jemima Butter Lite Syrup, 0.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp *Jay Robb Chocolate 1/2 Whey Packet, Soy Milk, 0.15 cup Egg, fresh, .50 large *Egg white, .50 serving Honey, 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 375. Grease baking sheet.
Mix eggs, cinnamon, milk, honey. Whisk.
Dip bread into the mix. Place on baking sheet. Cook 12 mins.
In another bowl, add ricotta and protein mix. Mix until smooth. Apply to bread once bread is baked, then add the berries and banana slices. Drizzle with maple syrup!
