BBQ Tofu Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Olive Oil, .5 tbspOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic powder, 1 tspPaprika, 1 tspMustard powder, 1/2 tspCayenne, 1/4 tspTomato Paste, 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce, 3 tspSugar, 1 tsp Tofu, extra firm, .5 block (8 oz) Lime Juice, 1 tsp Whole wheat tortillas, 4 (8 inch) Romaine Lettuce, 1.5 cup, shredded 1/2 Avocado, sliced
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion, garlic powder, paprika, mustard powder and cayenne. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and sugar and cook 1 minute. Stir in water and cook 1 minute. Add tofu and cook about 2 minutes, or until tofu is coated and sauce is thickened.

Divide lettuce, tofu and avocado evenly among the 4 tortillas and squirt with lime juice before wrapping.
