Yellow Squash Bacon Scramble

Ingredients
1 Yellow squash, sliced3 Eggs Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped Salt, .5 tsp Black Pepper, .5 tsp1/2 Onion, chopped 1 Plum Tomato, diced1 Slice Bacon
Directions
Beat eggs, chives, salt and pepper in small bowl. Fry bacon in large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and saute squash and onion in bacon grease. Add a dash of olive oil if necessary. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
Add eggs to the pan and scramble about 2 minutes or until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with tomatoes an crumbled bacon.
