Ingredients
Buy a plain, round 'Tortenboden' (a plain soft cake base,e.g. 'Angel Cake' that is based on light egg whites with little fat). Mix gelatin with fat free or 1-2% joghurt or sour cream to stiffen. Spread on cake base!Add vanilla flavour and no calorie sweetener.Cut fruit into slices and spread the fruit on the cake with joghurt mix! Cool for 30 min. Should be eaten within same day to avoid the cake base turning soft!You can mix the fruit with prepared strawberry jelly to give the fruit a thicker consistency. If you like, add frosting and sprinkle with sliced almonds or other nuts (will add some more calories of course..;))!
