Cinnamon Desert Tacos with fruit salad

Ingredients
1 cup sliced fresh straberries1 cup fresh pineapple1 cup peeled kiwi1/2 teaspoon jalapino pepper (optional)2 packets sugar substitute1 tbls ground cinnamon6 (8 inch) flour tortillasnonstick cooking spray
Directions
Stir together strawberries (diced), pineapple, kiwi, jalapino pepper and 2 packs of sugar substitute in a large bowl and set aside. Combine 2 packs of sugar substitute and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside.

Sparay tortillas lightly on both sides with non stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat in a non stick skillet untill slightly puffed and golden brown. Remove from heat , immediately dust both sides of tortilla with cinnamon mixture. Shake excess off into the bowl. Repeat cooking and dusting process untilo all tortillas are warm

Fold tortillas in half and fill with fruit mixture. Serve immediately.
