1 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened1 tbsp. granulated sugar2 tbsp. evaporated milk1 egg3/4 cup milk (2%)
Stir together cocoa and sugar. Stir in evaporated milk and blend thoroughly. Add egg and stir. Stir in milk. Preheat oven to 300 F. Place small baking dish (custard cup) in a larger baking dish. Fill small dish with custard mixture. Fill larger dish with hot (not boiling) water to a depth of about 1 inch. Place in middle of oven. Bake one hour. Done when knife blade inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool and chill if desired. Serve with fresh fruit.
