Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinlees Chicken Breast3 Garlic Cloves Diced ( or 1 tsp or minced garlic)1Tsp of Extra Virgin Olive oil6oz package of Soft Goats Cheese1 Tsp of Cayene Pepper1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 degrees.
Add your olive oil and garlic to a pan big enough to fit all 4 pieces of chicken. Saute the garlic in the olive oil of medium high heat about 1-2 mins. Add your chicken to the pan and brown each side for 5 mins. Take your chicken out of the pan and let the temperature cool. Next you are going to cut a pocket into the chicken, do this by flipping the chicken breast on its side and slicing the side so that a medalion of goat cheese can fit in. Slice the goats cheese into 4 pieces and sprinkle half the cayene pepper and Garlic powder over the goats cheese. Insert one medaliion of goats cheese into each piece of chicken breast. Use the rest of the cayene pepper and garlic powder to sprinkle over each piece of chicken. Place the chicken on a baking tray ( I recomend to line it with Parchment paper first) and put in oven. Bake for 30 mins. Always check to make sur eyour chicken is cooked all the way through as oven tempuratures may vary. Once cooked take out and enjoy. makes 4 servings, 1 chicken breats per serving.
