Super Salad

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspBalsalmic vinegar, .5 tbsp Garlic- 1 clove (pressed)Ginger Root, (pinch from shaved root)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Plums, 1 cup, sliced into cubes
Directions
Dressing
-combine wet ingredients, garlic and ginger (if desired) into a small bowl and whisk. Add a pinch of salt and coarse black pepper if you like.

Salad
Combine the spinach and sliced plum in another bowl and drizzle dressing over top. Enjoy!
