Roasted chicken breast

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast3 cups chopped carrots2 cups diced or chopped celery2 cups diced sweet potatoe2 cups chopped onionswater ( enough to cover veggies)Salt to taste1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp rosemarry1/2 tsp sagepepper to taste1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions
Cut up all veggies and place in crockpot. Place chicken on top of veggies. Add seasonings and water. Cook for 4 to 8 hours on high.
