White Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 15oz. can cannellini beans1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oiljuice of one lemon2-3 cloves of garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse and thoroughly drain one 15oz. can of cannellini beans.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and run until smooth.

Refrigerate for an hour or two to let the flavors meld.
