Tex Mex chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can chopped green chiles6 oz greek yoghurt1/2 pkg neufchatel cheese1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese1 cup chopped onion tbsp chopped garlic1 tbs olive oilGarlic saltpepper 1 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions
Bake or boil chicken breast and shred.
Saute onion and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Mix chiles, yoghurt, neufchatel and shredded cheese
Add shredded chicken
Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Bake at 400 until bubbly
Serve over brown rice or inside tortillas or over corn chips with Salsa if desired.
