~ Abby's Taco Filling

Ingredients
1 cn potatoes, diced1/4 to 1/2 c onions diced1 c tomato sauce1/4 c textured vegetable protein (TVP) - DRY3 T. cilantro (more is nice if you love it)1t. GROUND cumin
Directions
Saute Diced potatoes and onions in PAM sprayed iron skillet ~5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.

Cook on LOW until the flavors blend and the TVP is rehydrated.

Use as any taco filling. Good alone.
